Before we even look at a single home, we have to get you pre-approved. We need to know exactly what your approved price range is, and have you ready to go. By doing this, when you find your dream home, we can pounce. This is vital if you want to get the house.
Step 2. We find the perfect house
Before we hop into the car and visit a single home we will narrow down the perfect area that matches your lifestyle. Once we have we will narrow down the top options that match that criteria. We will tour them, and instantly go after the "one". That's why we have you buttoned up and ready to go!
Step 3. We win you the home
Structuring an offer is strategic. We need to be able to submit a "strong" offer. This is not strictly based on price. By having you financially buttoned up, we can lower your finance contingency period or perhaps, eliminate it. That alone can put you ahead of other offers. The goal is to win!
How will you represent me? This is the #1 question you need to ask any prospective agent.
We offer our buyers single agency. This means we represent YOU and not the transaction. Isn't that what every real estate agent does? NO.
